For what it's worth
I HATE that macro that’s going around now about the girl who pronounces her name Ledasha (spelled Le-a), because it’s incredibly racist. A) it’s obviously made up, and they just went “hey, black people are stupid right?!” B) “They live among us and they breed” at the bottom. Really terrible, hateful shit.

It depends upon what you mean by democracy. If you only mean direct democracy, then no, America isn’t a democracy. However, people do vote for representation on almost every level (excepting the electoral college which I figure is fair because EVERYONE hates it), and since I’m a bit of an idealist…I’d say yeah, America is a democracy.
